# Goal Accelerator Framework

## Goal Accelerator Framework

**Purpose:** Setting and achieving goals with high momentum, specifically designed to be executed alongside AI.

### Steps

1. **Set a strict 90-day deadline.** Compressing the timeline forces action, prevents procrastination, and creates urgency. No multi-year "someday" goals.

2. **Define the Big Goal clearly.** State exactly what you want to achieve in concrete, measurable terms.

3. **Identify Constraints.** List every fear, doubt, or practical obstacle that could stop you. Be brutally honest—name the internal and external blockers.

4. **Identify Solutions.** Map out how to overcome each constraint. This is where AI tools, coaching, SOPs, and community support come in. Match every constraint to a solution.

5. **Define the 'Why'.** Articulate **why** this goal is emotionally important to you. This is the fuel that sustains you when motivation fades. (Note: this is a "right-brain" exercise per [[concept-hemispheric-lateralization]]—AI cannot answer this for you.)

6. **Define the 'Pain'.** Articulate exactly what your life will look like if you fail to act and stay stuck. What is the **cost of inaction** over 1 year? 5 years? 10 years?
