### Instructions

1. **90-Day Goal:** State exactly what you want to achieve (concrete, measurable)
2. **Constraints:** List every fear, doubt, or practical obstacle that could stop you
3. **Solutions:** Map out how to overcome each constraint (AI tools, coaching, SOPs, community)
4. **The Why:** Write why this goal is emotionally important to you (do this yourself—not with AI)
5. **The Pain:** Write exactly what your life will look like if you fail to act—at 1 year, 5 years, 10 years

### Important Note
