# The Compounding Open Questions Across Three Days

The summit is bullish, but each day leaves **at least one major question unresolved**. Read together, the open questions compound into a coherent research/policy agenda.

## Day 1 Questions

- [[question-post-screen-world]] — If screens become low-status ([[claim-screens-negative-status]], [[contrarian-screens-are-bad]]) and the [[concept-natural-language-os]] arrives, how do hardware, software, and physical environments adapt?
- [[question-ai-wealth-distribution]] — When [[concept-unmetered-intelligence]] makes cognitive labor abundant, how is value created and distributed?

## Day 2 Questions

- [[question-agent-interaction]] — When agents negotiate with other agents (sales agent ↔ procurement agent), what protocols govern this? Currently none exist.
- [[question-psychological-reliance]] — Outsourcing [[concept-atoms-vs-bits|Bits]] long-term: does friction serve a purpose? GPS → spatial-cognition decline is a worrying parallel.

## Day 3 Questions

- [[question-data-privacy]] — When you load proprietary processes into [[concept-playbooking-method|playbooks]] inside [[entity-claude|Claude]] or [[entity-zapier]], who owns the data, and what is the retention/training policy?

## How They Compound

The five questions form a stack from **societal** to **personal**:

1. **Macroeconomic** — wealth distribution under unmetered intelligence ([[question-ai-wealth-distribution]])
2. **Infrastructural** — agent-to-agent protocols ([[question-agent-interaction]])
3. **Sociotechnical** — post-screen environments ([[question-post-screen-world]])
4. **Cognitive** — psychological effects of Bits-outsourcing ([[question-psychological-reliance]])
5. **Operational** — data privacy in playbooks ([[question-data-privacy]])

A serious practitioner needs answers — or at least conscious positions — at all five levels. The summit doesn't supply them.

## What's Missing Entirely

Questions the summit *doesn't even ask* but a careful reader should:

- **Energy and environmental cost of unmetered intelligence** — never raised.
- **Concentration of model providers** — only two are named ([[entity-openai]], Anthropic via [[entity-claude]]). What if either fails or pivots?
- **Liability when agents act autonomously** — who's responsible when an Active Level 3 playbook makes a costly mistake?
- **Cross-border regulation of agentic AI** — entirely absent.

Downstream agents should flag these gaps when users ask broad-future questions.
